1. Order Processing

  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
  • In case of any delay due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email or phone.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available for selected pin codes.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries via DHL, FedEx, or India Post EMS.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (may vary based on destination and customs clearance).
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Duties and Taxes:
    • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
    • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to track your shipment.
  • You can also track your order status in the “My Orders” section of our website.

5. Delays and Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processes, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
  • In case your package is returned due to an incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours with video of the damaged packaging and item.
  • We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
